Tariffs
Tariffs are set at January each year and are subject to change without
notice. No responsibility is accepted for errors and omissions contained
on this Web site or Holiday Book and ensuing correspondence with respect
to bookings and tariffs. All the photos on this website are provided as a
guide only and we take no responsibility for discrepancy.
Bookings
All bookings require a holding deposit of 50% of the total value of your
accommodation at the times of bookings. The outstanding balance is payable
upon arrival by either cash or credit card. Cheques accepted by prior
arrangement only. If booking dates or apartment is to be transferred or
changed administration fee of $50 plus G.S.T is to apply. Late arrivals
will need to settle their account prior to check in.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of $27.50 is charged once inclusive of GST in addition to the
deposit of 50%.
Cancellations
Your deposit, less a $165 plus G.S.T booking fee is fully refundable up to
one month prior to your arrival date. The tariff for bookings cancelled
after that time is only refundable if a substitute booking is available
for the property on the same dates.
Check in-out time
Check –in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the
day of departure. All keys are to be collected at the office of Noosa
Holidays reception 57 Hastings Street Noosa Heads Q 4567. Office hours are
8.30am-6pm, after hours dial the security phone number displayed on the
front door.
Cleaning and Linen Changes
For bookings of greater than eight days, the property will be cleaned and
linen changed mid-stay or weekly for no-extra cost to you. Additional
cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.
Extras
Should you require a cot, high chair, pram, etc., please let us know and
we can arrange the hiring of these items for you at an additional charge.
Seasons
The tariff rates shown on this Web site indicate both peak and off-peak
season rates. Generally speaking, the peak season consists of Christmas,
Easter and school holiday periods apart from June.
Maximum Number of Guests - (due to fire reglations)
Each property page on this Web site lets you know the maximum number of
guests permitted in each property.
Functions or Parties
Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly
not permitted and penalties apply. We are sorry to have to bring this to
your attention, but we have had difficulties with damage to property,
reputation and neighbours complaints.
